AU Ardyn is Noctis' severely mentally ill uncle and he has trouble taking care of himself or keeping a job or place of his own so he ends up moving in with brother and nephew. Since Regis works pretty much all the time but Noctis just has high school, guess who is the one who more often than not has to look after Ardyn.

Gen Bros "De-Aging with a twist"

All four revert back to preteen but retain their memories of being twenty-somethings. No one is around to take care of them while they are stuck like this so they try to make due for now and continue on their journey, as kids.

ok i'll try to make it simple...

Ignis and Gladio notice that prompto's parents aren't usually around so, without telling Prompto and his family, they change Promptos emergency contact.
Prompto ends up in hospital and when he wakes up his parents aren't there, angst time, but then ignis explain the situation and prompto is pissed af, call his parents, and his parents are MORE than pissed and decide to sue the hell out of them.

sometimes Gladio and Ignis need to not be in control. they go to Prompto, who is all gentle touches and easy praise and just what they need. they don't have to be tough, they don't have to be composed. they can just melt into Prompto's touches and move like he asks and Prompto makes them feel good and encourages them and tells them how good they're being

Lara Croft/Gladio (FFXV/Tomb Raider Crossover) + Lara is Gladio's Girlfriend

So I've been playing Tomb Raider 2013, and Square Enix owns Tomb Raider, and since they also own Final Fantasy why not cross them over?

Paired with the fact Gladio mentions having a girlfriend in-game vut we never see her, Lara Croft could be his perfect fit- both are strong, intelligent, both are survivalists (camping/hunting/etc.) and very into history (if you look at the books Gladio reads in the car, a lot of them are about the history of Lucis)

I'd like to see something where Gladio decides he's gonna bring his girlfriend to a party at the Citadel because he figures it's time for his best friends and his family to meet the girl he loves, a.k.a Lara Croft, Tomb Raider

+The bros can def see how well they are together as they launch into the story of how they met- Lara was raiding a tomb and Gladio got lost on a hike and things just went from there

++Noctis wants to bring Lara on the road trip now to find all the royal tombs because "Come on, Gladio, you're girlfriend is the Tomb Raider- who better to bring with us while we're raiding tombs??"

I’d just love to read something where Noct is not emotionally constipated or completely unaware of his feelings for someone or someone’s feelings for him (or unaware of how attractive HE is).

Hell, have Noct be the one pursuing a relationship. Have Noct be the one able to verbalize his feelings.

That crazy move he does with his royal arms where he wraps around the battlefield throwing the royals arms at the enemy over and over again.

The guys already know Noct is an excellent fighter, and they’d heard stories of King Regis on the battlefield with his own set of legendary weapons, but actuallly seeing that attack in action is something else. Noctis is truly powerful. They’re awestruck.

Basicly, the human part of MTs are geneticly identical to Prompto so I wanna see MTs having their humanity leak through by doing Weird Prompto Things like:

-Running off after small fluffy animal or large fluffy birds. Sometimes they try bringing them home and sometimes what they bring home is Behemoth cub.
-Humming along to the background music - even when no one else can hear it.
-Experiencing major malfunctions in the prescence of attractive persons.

Noct/Any Bro Bonding With Surrogate

SO this is kind of an odd prompt (and AU, obviously), but I was thinking--in the case that Noctis wasn't required to marry someone of royal blood (I've seen a fanon thing going around that Aulea was a commoner?) and he wanted to be with one of the boys, he would still need to provide an heir. So Noctis and his partner hire a surrogate to carry Noctis' kid. The media is predictably obnoxious, and because Noct and his partner are worry-worts they want the surrogate to live in the Citadel with them. So it'd be cool to just see how that progresses.

I don't mind if the surrogate is one of the ladies in the cast or an OC!

Noct has a YouTube channel about royal life

People are curious about life in the Citadel and Noctis is looking for something to pass the time so he enlists the chocobros' help in making videos. He takes questions and makes videos responses. He's made videos on how the armiger works, history of some of his more interesting ancestors, what the Glaive does, etc.
Obviously, he gets the stuff approved before he releases it to the general public but it's still more than most people know so it's become a fairly popular channel. Fans write fanfiction and want to meet them at conventions and stuff, and it's really fun for him.

Prompto dies of hypothermia, perhaps during the events of Episode Prompto. Perhaps an AU. Noctis commits suicide by waiting until a cold night (like, say, perhaps a record cold New Year's Eve not dissimilar to the one on the East Coast of the United States right now) to load himself up on drugs and booze and quickly passing out in the unforgiving cold. He dies. It's really goddamn cold. The end.

Alternately, only one of them dies, or the roles are reversed. Maybe one of them lives and fucks the other one's corpse, I don't Care, please have fun. Maybe they both go in a suicide pact. Just. At least one of them commits suicide by freezing to death. I don't ever want to be happy again and I long to forget the warm embrace of joy that even this game cannot purge from the depths of my memory. Thank you.

Episode Ignis spoilers, if we're still warning for that.



So the Episode Ignis alt ending, on the surface, looks happier than the true end. I'd love to see someone pick that apart, though. There are so many little changes that add up to bad business.

-Episode Prompto never happened, so Prompto never reveals his secret to his friends. He spends WoR still thinking they would hate him for it.

-Aranea has no backup when she goes to stop Verstael's plans. She dies during the boss fight, because even someone that badass can't drive and shoot a machine gun at the same time, and a giant robot arm (with a genius level intellect) is left to rebuild Niflheim.

-Noct doesn't actually fulfill the prophecy, so Ardyn doesn't actually permanently die. After he's had time to recover, he's free to start stirring up trouble again.

So five years after Noct takes the throne and they've supposedly had their happy ending, oops. A Niflheim army that has had fifteen years to rebuild is knocking on the door, Noct has no idea why the reappearance of MTs has Prompto so upset, and suddenly the scourge is starting to spread again.

I'd love to see this followed through to a bad end (with possible time travel attempts to fix it landing them right back at the true end), but I'd be happy to see wherever anon wants to take it.

Clarus/Regis, counting down the moments...

...until Clarus knows he will fail his duty.
When the crystal tells Regis that his life is required to begin the final phase of the prophesy, Regis tells Clarus that he wont be able to protect him from what is to pass. Clarus spends the time until the signing treasuring every second with Regis, all the while knowing that in the end he is destined to fail his duty to protect him a d feeling useless for it.
