As in like, three times someone questioned in their head why Noctis just casually called Prompto 'sweetheart' or Gladio called him 'baby' or Ignis called him 'love'. Plus the one time someone just accepted it for the adorable queerplatonic friendship it is.

I imagine it's kind of a different situation for each. Noctis is probably teasing Prom while they're joking around. Gladio is probably a bit angsty, like him comforting Prom when he's in pain and there's no easy way out. And I kind of feel like Ignis would just start casually referring to Prom with a pet name on the day to day. And somehow it just becomes a regular thing for them to call him things like this?

These are just ideas of course, I'd be happy with anything. I just want our bros to feel completely casual and comfortable with showing Prom some affection.

Ardyn/Regis, public humiliation and rape before killing

Some scientists capture Ardyn and attempt to find a a way to destroy him - burning, him, freezing him, melting him, Intense UV exposure, mystic artifacts, ect.

In between attempts Ardyn is kept in enviroments where's he's contantly being fatally injured (acid bath, extreme heat/cold, poison gas in the air, ect) to keep him from recovering enough to escape.

I'm not sure if a prompt like this exists, but in case it doesn't:

Would like to see something where the Astrals allow Noctis to watch over the people he left behind at the end of the game. It is bittersweet because he gets to see them heal and build families etc, but over time it feels like they're forgetting him. Does he get to leave a message somehow or just observe?

Like, the whole shebang: flowers, candles, silk sheets, bathing together, all the ridiculously sappy stuff that they saved for a special occasion.

So of course, just as they're in the throws of it, someone rushes into the room (someone who has clearance to barge in on the prince in an emergency of course) to inform Nyx that he's needed in the throne room and the king wants to speak with him and the other glaives on an important matter.

Except this person so didn't need to see Nyx balls deep inside the Prince of Lucis. Embarrassment all around.

After Prompto's parents realize that their son is bffs with the Crown Prince (it probably takes a while for them to notice, lbr), one of them decides that they can get something out of this. They start falling behind on their bills, and telling Prompto that they can't pay the electricity/phone/water/whatever. The other parent can either agree or just not be the one in charge of the finances, I'm not picky.

Prompto refuses to ask Noct for help, because he knows just how many people hit Noct up for things, and instead starts making money on his own. First picking up odd jobs from friendly neighbors, then starting a surprisingly thriving repair business for small electronics that he can work on while hanging out with Noct. Then his parents come out with a doozy: If Prompt doesn't come up with a very large chunk of money within a week, they'll lose their home.

Where it goes from there is up to you!

Noctis/Prompto, Hanahaki Disease but with a twist

We all know how it usually goes, right? Unrequited love leads to flower infections, which can only be cured by a return of the feelings from the other person, or surgically removing the flower petals (with the cost of forgetting the person you fell in love with.)

Prompto's started to cough up flowers. It's painful, bloody and it's slowly killing him. Everyone (except for Noct, because oblivious prince) is telling him to get the surgery out of worry for his wellbeing.

However, I want to see an AU where the flowers only retract when the unrequited love isn't just returned, but Prompto has to actually BELIEVE that Noctis is in love with him, too. So it has to be a verbal confession from Noctis. Thing is, we know how insecure and self-doubting Prompto is, right? So what if he doesn't believe it when Noctis confesses, thinking that his 'best friend's only doing it to save him, and doesn't actually love him? And the flowers keep growing?

++++++++++++++++ I will bake you homemade Christmas cookies if Prompto decides to tell Noctis himself at the end, because he deserves to know what's going on. In the middle of his confession, though, the flowers become too much for him, and despite Noct's frantic declaration of love, Prompto starts to die in his arms, because guess what? Prompto doesn't believe him. Cue the heartbreaking angst!

Luna/gNoctis, Very public breakup

There's no war and therefore no treaty, but Noctis and Luna are still Prince and Oracle and therefore expected to marry someone "appropiate" to carry on their bloodlines. They decide as that well, we were friends when were kids, we've kept in touch and get along well, let's at leastgive this whole dating thing shot and see what happens. It's pretty obivious after just a few dates that while they're good friends, neither of them are what they're looking for in a spouse and there's like zero attraction between them so they call the whole thing off after a while.

That should be the end of it, but the press had gotten ahold of the story and turned them a real It couple and now the public is getting very very invested in their breakup.

-Rumors of cheating (which are completely untue, btw.)
-Equally untrue rumors of abuse.
-One or both them start dating someone else and the press starts wondering if it's "too soon."
-Stupid double standards - like Noctis is seen with someone at a club and he's sowing his wild oats, but Luna does the same and she's who was obviously cheating on her Prince Charming.

Ignis is subdued/kidnapped and presented in chains to Ravus, who uses his body in all the ways. Humiliation, beating, bondage, etc. Proud Ignis has no choice but to inevitably be reduced to begging for anything Ravus wants. Loss of control is absolutely terrifying to him. Ravus really gets off on degrading and hurting Ignis while thinking of Noctis or Regis. AU, sometime in canon timeline, whatever works best.

I do see Ravus as actually quite cruel and don’t like redemption or slavery/freedom romance tropes, whether or not Ignis gets a happy ending. (Of course Ignis can struggle with this along the way)

For...some reason, the chocobros really need to infiltrate high Niflheim society. In the particular part of Niflheim high society they need to get into, all the wealthy people have slaves who attend them at all time. Whether it's because the particular segment at hand is into BDSM or because Niflheim's a slave owning society in general is up to the author.

The Lucian Crown Prince and his Shield are way too prominent to expect to be undetected, but Ignis always worked behind the scenes and of course Prompto is the most obscure of them all, so it's up to them!

He doesn't want to ask Ignis for too much help - that would defeat the point. He asks Prompto, who's more or less been taking care of himself since middle school, to help him turn into a semi-functional adult.
