People are curious about life in the Citadel and Noctis is looking for something to pass the time so he enlists the chocobros' help in making videos. He takes questions and makes videos responses. He's made videos on how the armiger works, history of some of his more interesting ancestors, what the Glaive does, etc. Obviously, he gets the stuff approved before he releases it to the general public but it's still more than most people know so it's become a fairly popular channel. Fans write fanfiction and want to meet them at conventions and stuff, and it's really fun for him.
