Noct is delivered to Ravus' rooms, and Ravus is immediately like "Yeah, that was a ruse," and tends to his injuries/offers him safety/gives him his father's sword. They escape together to find Luna.

I feel like I haven't seen any crack-played-straight fics where a male character gets turned into a female via magic.

Noctis gets attacked by some daemon. At first it seems like whatever spell it was only gave him a headache and stomach cramps. He goes to bed feeling unwell. Wakes up next morning missing a penis and having gained breasts and a vagina overnight, proceeds to freak the fuck out.

Up to you if you want to play it humorously (or kinky, if maybe Noct is feeling adventurous and wants to take advantage of a one-time opportunity for self-lubricating sex) and have them find a cure, or you could go the more serious rout where the change can't be reversed (in which case, I'd want Noct to still think of himself as male and to still be addressed as he/him by his friends).

Gen Gladio or Gladio/Prompto Fear of Needles

I remember I saw a prompt a few weeks ago about Gladio being afraid of needles, and I thought it was kind of silly because he is covered in this massive tattoos. However, the more I thought about it the more I wondered... what if Gladio actually was afraid of needles?

Since Gladio is supposed to the the tough character, I think he would want to face his fear of needles. He can't face certain fears like how he is a Shield, whose only purpose in life is to die for the King. He can't face his fear that Noct may not be able to handle the pressure of being King. Let him face his fears the only way he can—by standing against it, suffering through it, and surviving. (It fits his character, after all. In Chapter Seven he goes and disappears because he needs to pull himself together to be strong enough for them all.)

If you want to make it gen, that's fine. If not, I'd prefer Gladio/Prompto. Prompto's got a tattoo, too...

I wrote the prompt about Gladio being scared of needles. I should have explained it better. The needle phobia I was asking for was about vaccinations, not tattoo needles. I have a tattoo and I wasn't scared at all to get it. However, I HATE vaccines. Something about vaccines is very scary to me, and I can see why some people are scared of those but perfectly fine with tattoo needles. I should've wrote that in my prompt.

By the way, nice prompt. I second! There aren't enough stories about scared Gladio.

Noctis's sacrifice came with an added cost - everyone else in the world also forgot about his existence. They all think Regis died childless and that the last ten years just never happened. The one exception who fully remembers Noctis and how he gave his life to bring back the light is Ignis (why this is is up to the author). Prompto and Gladio know they were friends with Ignis since a long time ago, but they might have faint memories that there was a fourth person with them and that Ignis isn't just imagining a fourth person there because of his blindness.

So given their parents have sort of been setting them up for each other since they were kids, Luna and Noctis have both had plenty of time to get used to the idea they'll one day be married.

18-year-old Luna still doesn't know how to handle it when 14-year-old Noctis starts trying to court her.
