Noctis Caelum is the son of the President of Lucis, but wants to have a life away from politics. He decides to become a teacher at the super-selective Insomnia Nursery School, where he meets the father of two of his favorite (albeit troubled) students.

As heir to the throne, Noct cannot be seen to be out of control when it comes to his desires. No sidelong glances at hot passersby, no dates, certainly no sex until marriage.

In order to get rid of these un-princely urges (and occasionally to calm him down when he gets particularly grumpy), his advisor is responsible for the prince's release. No sex, of course, but Ingis settles Noct down in private, cradling him, and using his hand to bring him to release with great precision.
