Instead of dying when Noctis is born or very young she lived long enough (or even stays alive to the events of the game) to give Regis three other children another son and two daughters.

+Can either be fluffy with it just being about rambunctious family life with four children or angsty with Regis having to raise four children on his own or watching them grow up in the messed up world while at war with the empire.

+How long Aulea lives, if she lives to the events of the game or dies after the fourth child is born is up to the author.

+Names and personality of the other three kids is up to the author as well as any romances for both Noctis and the OC kids.

+Noctis best older brother and doesn't grow up as lonely with his friends and siblings by his side

People automatically assume that Gladio is a dominate lover that always tops and takes control of sexual situations. However, Gladio is the exact opposite of this assumption. Gladio loves to bottom and let Ignis control their sexual activities. He likes being told what to do and obeys Ignis's every command. AU where Ignis runs a coffee/pastry shop, or he works there as a baker idk, and that's where Prince Noctis applies for his Very First Job.

Prompto/Noctis, Prompto is the son of Iedolas Aldercapt

Prompto Aldercapt is the son of Iedolas Aldercapt, but his life isn't at all what you would expect from a prince.
Prompto has always had poor health, a real failure for his father. To try to "correct" his son, Iedolas, entrusts him to the care of Verstael Besithia. He is subjected to several experiments, that go on for years and years.
His health improved somewhat, but his personality is not suited to the future emperor.
Iedolas takes him to Insomnia to show him the Empire's power and how a man should behave.
However Paul, in the retreat of the Empire, is lost in the crowd. He's captured by some members of the Crown Guard, and is conducted in the presence of Cor.
Noctis meets him at the time. He sees a terrified boy... but still the Emperor's son.


Some of the Crown Guards want to take revenge on Prompto, but Noctis and Cor want to discuss about his fate before anything else.
Noctis is angry, but he doesn't want to act like a fool.
In contrast, the Crown Guard members decide to humiliate him. They undress Prompto and other things.

Noctis intervenes and saves him. And he sees on his body scars and burns, other signs of the experiments.

FF XV world but with Avatar dynamics so i was thinking, Insomnia could be like the equivalent of the Southern Air Temple, Tenebrae is the Water tribe, Niflheim is the fire nation and Lucis outside is earthbenders in general maybe.

i really want Avatar Noctis, Waterbender Ignis, Earthbender Gladio and Firebender Prompto who totally hides this fact from the others.

Taking some worldbuilding liberties here and making it so that the Crownsguard is an operation usually run by the Queen. (Formerly Queensguard, maybe?) I am a sucker for this sort of thing, and wanted to see what Aulea's character would be like with this added wrinkle.

A life of scraping by in the slums of Insomnia had taught Cor Leonis that the truth was a malleable thing: A cleverly forged notarization on stolen government stationary could turn a condemned squat into housing for five. A screwdriver in the corner of a credit machine could feed a family for a week before the banks caught on. And age was the most worthless truth of them all.

“You don’t look seventeen,” Aulea said, sitting on the fence as Cor scoured armor in buckets of sand. It was the old, useless stuff, the kind of armor no one wore anymore except on special occasions, but there was some sort of duel happening that weekend, and the king had insisted. So Cor, the newest bootboy and all-around Citadel gopher, had been given the happy task of rolling chainmail in barrels and oiling them clean. He figured his hands were going to fall off before his fourteenth birthday.

Which was next week.

“Okay,” he said, “so I’m sixteen and a half.” He looked up at the young woman on the fence. She wore high-waisted jeans and a loose, billowy tunic that brought out a glow in her brown arms, and her thick black hair was tied up in a series of coils, which made her head tilt back with the weight of it. Her eyes were very bright and dark as coal, her cheeks round down to her pointed chin, and she was so beautiful that Cor thought his heart would break.

“I’ll be eighteen in a few months,” she said. “The Queen says she’s going to make me her second in command in the Crownsguard.”

Cor whistled. “Already? Don’t you have to know how to swing a sword, first?”

Aulea gasped in outrage and took off her slipper, threatening to chuck it at Cor’s head. He grinned and scrunched up his face at her, and she groaned. “You are such a pain, Cor.”

“I live to serve, oh light of my life.”

Aulea snorted and fitted her slipper back on. “Sorry for just sitting here. Let me help you with that.” She ignored Cor’s protests and sat next to him, digging her hands into the abandoned bucket of mail. Cor stared up at her, mesmerized by the way her long, dark lashes kissed her cheek, and bit his bottom lip.

“Aulea,” he said, slowly.

“Yeah?”

“How long’ve we known each other?”

“Oh, forever,” Aulea said. “Since you were twenty-two.” She stuck out her tongue at Cor’s roll of the eyes, and tied her sleeves back. “Why do you ask?”

“Well.” Cor took a breath as she leaned forward, her slender shoulders wiry with hidden muscle, and swallowed his words. “Nothing. Nothing, really. Are you going to meet Reg tonight?”

Aulea scowled. “Regis can go hang. Don’t tell the Queen that. He blew me off to have a meeting with Clarus, which probably means he’s out at the, at the pleasure district dancing or something.”

“I can’t imagine Clarus doing anything for pleasure,” Cor said. Aulea snickered.

It would be easy to lie, then. Aulea’s brown cheeks were flushed with anger, Regis was nowhere to be found, and Cor was so close to her that he could feel the cloth of her shirt brush against his. He opened his mouth to say it, and sighed.

He couldn’t. Regis might have loved Aulea, too, might have been some kind of rival in Cor’s affections for her, but he knew that the prince of Lucis wasn’t a bad person. He was Cor’s friend, like Aulea was, even though Cor wasn’t anything but a slum-dwelling layabout who spent more time watching the Crownsguard train than finish any of his assigned tasks. Cor couldn’t betray him. Not like this.

“You’re not supposed to know,” he said, “but Reg’s making you a gift.”

Aulea stopped. “What? What kind of gift?”

“You know what kind.”

There was a deathly silence as Aulea slowly lifted her hands from the chainmail in her grip. Her cheeks blushed redder than ever, and she turned to Cor, placing a hand on his arm. He struggled not to let his discomfort show.

“Cor, you don’t think he… he isn’t going to…”

“Well,” Cor said, wretchedly. “He does love you. And the Queen wants you to be her second in command, which is a title usually given to…”

“The prince’s betrothed,” Aulea breathed. “Oh no. Oh no.”

“Is that bad?” Cor asked, hating himself for the stirring of hope in his chest. Aulea shook her head, her dark curls springing loose from their coils.

“No, Cor, it’s. It’s wonderful.” She grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him into a tight embrace. “I’ll try to be surprised, I promise. Thank you. I was so worried. He’s been, he was acting so distant lately, and I thought… Oh, Astrals, Cor. You are the best friend I could ever have.”

She smiled at him so warmly that Cor had to force himself to smile back. “Yeah,” he said, in a shaky voice. “Got it in one.”

A year later, Cor arrived at the recruiting office of the Crownsguard, holding his official papers in a death grip.

He was pretty sure he’d gotten all the details right. Forging birth certificates was a delicate art, and Cor had spent most of the past three nights sitting up with a talented forger, giving her nearly all of his life savings in the process, just to make sure everything was up to date. Sure, Regis, Aulea, and the others suspected that Cor wasn’t as old as he said he was, but they were his friends. They wouldn’t rat him out.

He stepped into the office where he was to be sworn in as a true Crownsguard soldier, and froze.

Aulea sat at the desk next to the captain, her hair tied back in a bun and her shoulders broadened by the official uniform of the Queen’s second in command. She opened her mouth in surprise at Cor’s appearance at the door, but rallied well.

Cor hadn’t told anyone of his plans. Word was that Niflheim was gearing up to invade, and the Crownsguard needed everyone they could get. The Queen and Aulea were set to go to the front any week now, if the talks at Accordo didn’t go well. Cor had hoped that his entry into the ranks would go relatively unnoticed.

“Cor Leonis. Age Eighteen,” the captain said.

“Come forward,” Aulea told him, gently. Cor obeyed. He stood to attention when the captain spoke, but his gaze was locked on Regis’ bride-to-be, who looked at him with worry in her dark eyes.

“Captain,” she said, after a moment. “I would like to swear this soldier in myself.” When the captain turned to look at her, she smiled faintly. “I have to learn to do it properly sometime, sir.”

“Very well,” the captain said, bowing smartly. “Send him to me when you’re done.” Cor remained at attention long after the captain left, still looking into Aulea’s eyes, hands clenched to keep them from trembling.

“Cor,” Aulea said. She rose from behind the desk, and stood before him. “Are you sure about this?”

“As sure as I’ve been about anything,” he said. Aulea’s shoulders slumped a little, and she looked at him with such fondness that Cor felt his throat go tight. “Permission to—“

“The rules don’t apply here, Cor,” Aulea said, softly. “They never do, with us. You’re as good as a brother to me.”

“I know,” Cor said. He did. “But you’re. You’ll always be more than that.” Aulea opened her mouth to respond, and he fell to his knees, startling her into silence. “You’re already proving yourself a leader on the field. One day, you’ll be Queen, and the Crownsguard will answer to you alone. I… That's all I want. All I'll ever want.”

Aulea blinked.

“Please.” Cor could hear his voice breaking despite himself. “Aulea. Aulie.”

“Oh, Cor.” Aulea brushed his short-cropped hair with her fingers, looking down on him through her long, dark lashes. “Very well.” She withdrew her hand and straightened, and when she spoke again, her voice held the cadence of command.

“Do you, Cor Leonis, promise to serve faithfully the Queen and her Crownsguard, to lay down your life and skills to protect the realm of Lucis, to defend the weak, to…”

Cor let her words wash over him, through him, settling into the marrow of his bones as he knelt on the carpet in the small recruiting office. He knew that the truth was a malleable thing, had learned to wield it gingerly, to discard it when necessary, to treat it with caution at best and fear at worst. But there, with Aulea standing before him as much as a Queen then as she would be on the day she was crowned, Cor felt the truth of the oath twist round him with the strength and resolve of steel.

As long as he drew breath, he would always live to serve.

Noctis/Niflheim - Prostitution, Angst

Noctis isn't stupid. He remembers how all the girls and even the guys at school were way into him. And he's heard all the stories about the higher-ups of Niflheim and their reputation for debauchery. So he strikes a deal with one of them and offers himself for a night in exchange for something important. Could be access to crucial supplies, military information, or maybe it's the only way he thinks he can keep them from hurting people he cares about. Who this Niflheim guy doesn't have to be anyone in particular, I'm partial to Ardyn/Noctis as it's my fave trash ship but any interested authornons can make it Safay Roth or some other original character if it makes things easier for them.

Bonus (don't have to do all or even any of these but I would love you if you do!)
+ Noctis is a virgin beforehand
+ Noctis tries to put on a brave act like it's no big deal, he's just doing his duty as king
+ Other guy is a scumbag who treats him badly during their liaison
++ Makes skeevy comments about how beautiful Noctis is and how much he must be loving it as if he wanted it even though it's obviously not the case
++ Noctis has to play along and pretend he's enjoying it or else other guy will withdraw his end of the bargain
+ Other guy becomes obsessed with him after this and tries to make it a repeat thing whether through physical force or blackmail
++ Possibly kidnaps and tortures, even rapes one of the other Chocobros as collateral
++ Actually succeeds at getting at least one other night, and is even rougher this time around
