The important rules in short:

• Post anonymously.
• Negative comments on other people's prompts (kink-shaming, pairing-bashing etc.) and personal attacks of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Don't be an asshole.
• One prompt per comment. Warnings for common triggers and squicks are encouraged, but not required.
• Prompts should follow the format: Character/character, prompt.
• Keep prompts to a reasonable length; prompts should not be detailed story outlines.
• Fills should have the word "Fill:" at the start of the subject line.
• Otherwise please avoid changing the subject line.

UPDATE 3/2/2017: Per the Rules thread: Do not hijack prompts. If someone posts a prompt for one pairing, don't comment to say "I want to see this for [other kink]" - post your own prompt for the other kink). To that end, if you are unclear on a prompter's kinks/DNWs, please feel free to ask about them. If you ask about kinks/DNWs or to clarify a prompt, you are in no way obligated to fill it.

Additionally: Do not repost prompts from the previous round in their entirety. By this we mean copying and pasting prompts without any changes. If you see a similar prompt to a prior prompt, that is not a repost. Obviously prompts that are reposted per the above rule do not count either. (After all, they will be similar but not the same.)

Gen or Nyx/Any, The ring is a riddle

So, like in the Kingsglaive movie, Nyx puts on the ring of the Lucii. But it doesn't go the way it did in the film...

I would like something to happen where once Nyx rejects sacrificing Luna or Libertus and goes, "I'll pay the price myself," the kings and queens are like, "Right answer," and loan him the power without him having to die for it. Because he proved that, under pressure, he would prefer to protect others at his own cost rather than gain power through sacrificing someone else.

Basically, Nyx proves his worth, the kings and queens approve, Nyx lives!

I honestly thought that was what was going to happen in the movie, and I was really surprised when it didn't! So seeing this actually play out would be cool.

Minifill - Kenny's is 24hrs, right?

An hour after the sunrise, Nyx realised why Luna hadn't left him to die here alone like wanted.

Why she'd had a coy smile as she chatted with him for hours, asking him if he'd ever been to Accordo, ever seen the beauty of Altissian architecture or been to Lestallum and had the street food, assuring him and the blandness of Insomnian food wasn't the Lucian norm.

Talking about everything, the weather, her dog, Noctis, her home in Tenebrae, stories of Ravus and the moments where the kind boy she knew as a child peeking through the standoffish man.

"I should've turned to ash by now I think." Nyx said, throat dry and his eyes straining to stay open, leaning against her shoulder. "Or will it wait until I sleep?"

"I think you'll be fine." Luna said, grasping his large, callused hand. "I think they just wanted to make sure you'd do it."

"Do what?"

"Die."

Nyx looked from the horizon to her face, the morning light leaving half her face in shadow.

"You're a very lucky man Nyx Ulric." She closed her eyes for a long moment. "But your mettle is why you still live."

"Then we should head off, see if we can catch up to the Prince."
