UPDATE 3/2/2017: Per the Rules thread: Do not hijack prompts. If someone posts a prompt for one pairing, don't comment to say "I want to see this for [other kink]" - post your own prompt for the other kink). To that end, if you are unclear on a prompter's kinks/DNWs, please feel free to ask about them. If you ask about kinks/DNWs or to clarify a prompt, you are in no way obligated to fill it.
Additionally: Do not repost prompts from the previous round in their entirety. By this we mean copying and pasting prompts without any changes. If you see a similar prompt to a prior prompt, that is not a repost. Obviously prompts that are reposted per the above rule do not count either. (After all, they will be similar but not the same.)
ROUND TWO IS NOW CLOSED FOR PROMPTS!
Go ahead and keep on filling away, we will open up round three for prompts at 0000 EST, Saturday April 22, 2017.

This was more than anything I could hope for. I've never really participated in kink memes, since I just don't enjoy smut/porn, as you can tell by my prompt. I'm all about the familial feels with good old fashioned emotional and physical hurt. So the fact my little idea garnered attention and then was filled by someone like you just surprises me and makes me so damn happy! Your writing is on a whole different level than most of the other fic I've read for this fandom (or any fandom really).
Your Ardyn voice was *so* perfect, I could easily see him speaking and say those exact words to Prompto. He's an interesting character, but one that seems hard to capture since he has white a a few facets to him — arrogant, playful, condescending, and definitely creepy. Was so disappointed we didn't get to see what happened between him and Prompto in the game, because that would've definitely been interesting (maybe Prompto's DLC will have that? I'm excited for it regardless).
Just the manner you had Ardyn use, more psychological than physical, which is definitely his main M.O. Constantly referring to Prompto as "Quicksilver" (which I really like that fandom headcanon), making sure to mention he was "created" only to be a weapon, and of course saying that Noct and the others would never want a Niff like him back, definitely not now that he's daemon. Would be an exciting follow up if you so chose, to have Prompto actually be a near daemon because of the excessive amounts of blood he received during the transfusion, since I think maybe creating an MT takes a longer while? I'm not sure since the game didn't explain that part all that well.
But OMG the ending! These four characters... I'm so emotionally attached to them all, though Noct's and Prompto's friendship is my favorite... and I both love and hate it. I'm too damn old to be this attached to *fictional* characters ... I'm in my 30's lol.
But yeah, Noct going through hell and destroying absolutely everything in his *need* to get to his best friend is beautiful. I mean of course, they're all clearly worried about Prom as depicted in their reactions and gentle mannerisms in attempting to get him down from the almost crucifix like entrapment.
You really did write out that scene so vividly. Capturing all the characters emotions and thoughts. The helplessness and shock and worry on the three and Prompto's fear. I really am captivated more of the idea of the others discovering Prompto's secret, instead of Prompto telling them like in the game. I mean the three of them stil didn't care and still thought of Prompto as one of them and that it didn't change anything, but I don't know.. I still like that idea more. Especially here in this context. Noctis could maybe even think that this only just happened during his capture, not realizing this was always a part of who Prompto was.
I really, *REALLY* do hope you decide to continue this. There's so much more potential that you could do, and with your amazing talent with weaving emotion through your writing and depicting scenes so vividly... I can really honestly say your writing is definitely some of the best I've read in my like 21 years in fandom (yes, I'm *that* old lol).

I'll have to keep my comment short because I'm running out of data. XD. But, really, thank you, thankk youuu. ;;;. This was my first ever fanfic for this fandom and I don't have a very good grasp of the character's personalities yet, so I was quite worried. But now I'm really glad to know that it's done well. XD.
Also, worry not! I will add in an extra that will expand more on the platonic!chocobros goodness that you requested earlier. I feel that the ending was rushed, so I'll make up for this extra that will look more at the friendship and the aftermath. :'D
Anyway, thank you so much for the lovely review! It's just- I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY. JUST, THANK YOU.

I’m *SUPER* excited for the aftermath scene however! These four stupid boys have made me experience so many feels that I think I’m really too old to be feeling at my age for fictional characters. While I do think the four of them together are adorable, my absolute favorite is Promto’s and Noct’s friendship and how utterly cute they are together. Their interactions in the game, especially that particular part where Prompto wants Noct to pose with a Catoblepa for a photo. Only Prompto could speak the way he does to Noct and do the things he does. They’re best bros, and yeah… I find that super adorable.
Anyway, your promise of another installment this weekend will make my week better! :)
