CLOSED for prompts | OPEN for fills
Please have a look at the extended rules here.
The important rules in short:
Please direct any questions or report any problems to the Ask a mod post.
Prompt, write, draw, comment, and most importantly have fun!
(You can also check out our Pinboard for Filled or Unfilled prompts)
UPDATE 12/30/16: I'm looking for some help! Details here. (I'm always looking for more pinners; this is an open invitation.)
I've added/clarified some rules to make life easier to my pinners. Please refrain from changing the subject lines except when filling or updating a fill. It makes it easier for us to keep track of what we've already looked at. Thank you so much!
UPDATE 1/28/17: We've opened up a Drabble Tree post! Go check it out.
UPDATE 2/21/2017: ROUND ONE IS CLOSED FOR PROMPTS. Please feel free to continue posting fills. Round Two will open for prompts and fills on 3/1/2017.

Fill: Ignis + Prompto bodyswap, 2/?
(Anonymous) 2017-06-10 01:12 pm (UTC)(link)"You can't see," Ignis said. "It's difficult. I know. You don't have to pretend that it isn't a problem, just because I'm normally the one who's blind."
"We need to switch back," Prompto said, ignoring him.
Ignis agreed. As much as he enjoyed having sight again, it wasn't //his// sight, and Prompto's body just felt //wrong// in a myriad of subtle ways. Most importantly though, was what it was doing to Prompto. Ignis could see the pain and the barely-hidden desperation, and that wasn't a visual memory he wanted to keep. Even if it was on his own face.
Ideally, none of them would be blind. But if someone had to, it was better that it be Ignis. He had already accepted losing his sight, and was the one who knew -- who had gone through the long and painful process of teaching himself -- how to function without the use of one's eyes.
He wouldn't be the reason for any of his friends to suffer, not if he could help it.
"We need to know what caused this, in order to reverse it," Ignis said. "I only remember an odd sound, then the shockwave. What had you seen?"
"There was some type of glowing stone, that triggered when we got close to it," Prompto said. "I don't know if I can describe it better than that, but I'll know it when I see it."
"That may be difficult," Ignis delicately pointed out.
Prompto's mouth twisted. "Right."
Ignis looked around. "I don't see any unusual light sources," he said, "but then again, I don't know what would be normal these days."
A tapping sound, as of fingers against cloth, before Ignis remembered that he could look and see what it was. "My camera," Prompto said. "Look through there. I haven't found much worthy of photographing lately, but there should be enough to give you more of an idea." He weakly smiled. "There's also older pictures still in it, from back before, well, everything. If you want to look at something better."
Ignis considered their situation. If there was a time crunch, he had no way of knowing about it. Prompto seemed ten seconds away from a breakdown at any given moment, and wouldn't be able to travel quickly. He himself wasn't familiar with the limits of the body he was currently in. They were both physically and emotionally tired. Their current location was safe.
"I'd like to do that," Ignis said. "If I describe each picture, can you tell me more about it? We need to take a rest, anyways, and then plan."
Prompto's smile was stronger this time.
