When they do the quest for Dino at Galdin Quay, I can see Dino hitting up Gladio, like making innuendos and generally just trying really badly to flirt with him until Ignis gets fed up and just kisses Gladio right there

Noct shouldn't be a virgin on his wedding night. Luna sent him someone to take care of that on his birthday.

Birthday should be at least 16. Fun sex, NO rank issues (Noct is a Prince), and the person teaching doesn't fuck Noct up (they're enjoying teaching and not in a nasty way).

Assuming the guys are all straight (or trying to pass as straight) and not in a relationship... gimme all the awkward shenanigans of trying to get off discreetly while on the road.

I'm talking morning wood. Sex dreams. Trying to get off quietly while sharing a room - and a bed - with other guys. People overhearing someone jerking off and trying not to make a sound to let on they know what's going on (and then getting hard from just listening to it and not being able to do anything about it).

It starts with Cindy putting a photo of Gladio in her shop, hoping that it might act as a leering creep deterrent, and escalates to stealth fake dating until one she greets him by latching onto him and calling him pet names to keep up the ruse and Gladio's like "When the fuck did this happen?"

It can be endgame Cindy/Gladio, or Gladio could already be in a relationship with one (or two or three) of his bros, and this situation is just super awkward. I'm good with either.

Cindy and Gladio form a romantic relationship over the ten year gap Noctis is gone. Through their interactions with each other both learn to be vulnerable in this crazy messed up world they now live in and give themselves to another person.

Prompto moves into a new apartment next to this cute, quiet guy who he totally doesn't have a crush on. And even if he did, he would never have a chance, because he freaks out and can barely speak every time they meet in the hallway. Prompto doesn't even know his name...

...until his boyfriend shouts it out loud. While they're having sex. On the opposite side of Prompto's bedroom wall. Every day. Sometimes twice. Prompto's maybe going just a little bit crazy.

+ After this starts happening, Prompto gets even more awkward around Noct in the hallways.
++ Endgame Noctis/Prompto.
+++ Prompto isn't sure whether it's okay to get turned on, or to jack off. Eventually, he just goes for it, thinking no one will ever know.

Sometime after Altissia, preferably during the Time Skip, something happens and Ignis and one of the Chocobros get bodyswapped.

I would love to see how Ignis and whoever he swapped with reacts to having sight and being without and also how their relationship changes when the swap reverses.

I prefer genfic if possible.

Okay, after Jared died I think that Noctis got a kick in the pants that even towns are not safe. Considering they are at war with the Nifs and they are known to use daemons as weapons (even if no one knows about the MTs) and that is like beyond the pale for the rest of the world. This should concern the boys about the people from Insomnia.

They can't really do anything for most of them (you don't really meet anyone besides Jared, Talbot, and Iris).

But back to Noct, whether he likes it or not he was raised a prince with all the knowledge that intails. He knows that females are easier to torture than men. So he offers Iris a night with him so that if she is raped by Nifs she would have something to use as a shield against it. The Nifs would totally try and break a virgin Amicitia.

I headcanon that Noct has no idea that Iris has a crush.

He probably doesn't tell anyone else about the offer so that they can't pressure her either way.

Bonus:
+Gladio is an asshole about it
++Prompto had difficulties because he lived basically alone and he's pretty, so he is really glad that Noct helped.
+++Noct is no longer a virgin because raping a prince is something that could happen with the Nifs.
++++She has close calls but is never actually raped.
+++++Aranea finds out and is awesome about how she totally killed all of the raping assholes under her command.

When Aranea Highwind got command she spent the next year going through and killing anyone under her who raped anyone. It didn't matter if it was a Nif, Lucian, or anyone else; they died.

++++Someone on the Lucian side finds out and thinks that this is awesome.
+++++There are official/unofficial (author!anons choice) orders in Lucis that if at all possible she is not to be killed.

Maybe he makes a bad first impression. Maybe they're not as comfortable with Noct spending time around "common folk" as they like to think they are. Maybe something suspicious showed up in the background checks they ran on him. Maybe they think Prompto is 'friends' with Noctis for ulterior motives (maybe he's a super-poor orphan living on his own). idk.

Despite all his machismo, Gladio is actually a needy bottom, and the real reason he leaves the party in Chapter 7 is to get his hole wrecked. He's ashamed of it interfering with his duty as the King's Shield, but he's at his limit and fingers/toys just won't cut it.
