Prompto was born a Nox Fleuret but was kidnapped by the Empire as a young child (probably 5 years old or younger) to see what would happen when you forced someone from the Oracle Bloodline into becoming a Daemon and/or MT. He realizes his past and background as Luna and Ravus's brother when he starts communicating with Luna when he was a child living in Insomnia. They become close and he decides he wants to help her with her mission to help Noctis form covenants with the Astrals.

+ Noctis when he first see's older Prompto thinks for like a split second that it is Luna or Ravus before realizing it's not.

I just want to read fanfiction about Prompto falling over everything. Win a battle, he falls over the tale/horn of the monster and lands face first in the mud. Ardyn and the king used to be lovers before he was betrayed and turned into the Accursed one. They both really loved each other and the circumstances pained them a lot, but there wasn't much he could do with the circumstances.

The first time I played that waterfall dungeon, Noct got knocked off a ledge during a fight, I lost my sense of bearing, and the boys were lost in that place for three in-game days. Then Prompto complained about wanting soup, and I felt really guilty for putting them through a three-day dungeon with nothing to eat, no place to camp, and in the ICE with no one but Ignis in so much as long sleeves.

So! Can I please have the chocobros lost in that dungeon (maybe a partial cave-in blocked the way they came? I imagine Ignis or Gladio at least have a better sense of direction than I do) for a stupid amount of time, all their camping stuff in the car, trying to find the way out and stay warm?

Turns out that Prompto is a new Astral that had to take Ifrit's place due to his betrayal. His mission is to protect the Prince of Lucis and his companions. Can be Gen or Promptis.

For a long time it was very common for political alliances to be formalized by marriage to a relative of the reigning monarch. Cousins, younger siblings, etc. were married off to foreign royals/nobility and used as essentially hostages for peace.

Niflheim has been defeated and a lot of old nations are regaining autonomy. There are a lot of new alliances that need to be formed These new/old countries just got out from under the boot heel of the Nifs, they're skittish and want assurances that Lucis won't become the new Nilfheim.

Noctis is an only child, the closest thing he has to kinsman are the 'bros, but fuck political pressures, like hell he's marrying Prompto, Ignis, and Gladio off to go live in some foreign country!
