OT4 or gen, Noctis sick on journey

When they go into a dungeon pretty far off the beaten path, Noctis has a cough--annoying, but not serious. By the time they're done, it's obviously worse, and they notice he's running a fever. They go to sleep hoping he'll feel better when he wakes up, but instead his fever just rises. His temperature's pretty high by morning, and the cough's starting to take on a wet, thick tone (maybe even waking some of them up from the noise). Noct's weak, achy, and not entirely lucid.

Now everyone else has to make a decision. If they stay in place, they're stuck with camping, which isn't an ideal way to recover for a lot of reasons, but they're pretty safe and unlikely to be discovered where they are. If they move, Noct's either going to have to be supported or carried, slowing them down, and he's not in any shape to defend himself, so any fighting will have them down not one but two people--but they'll have proper shelter and access to supplies/medical care once they reach their destination.

The actual choice the bros make, and how that turns out, is up to the filler. I'm just looking for a very sick Noct being taken care of the best the bros can despite an unfavorable situation.
