I was thinking about an AU where if you get a scar, your soulmate gets it too (along with the pain of receiving it)
So Prompto and Gladio find out early on that they're soulmates via Gladio getting the face scar. They have their struggles (Gladio having to accept that doing his duty as Shield can potentially hurt Prompto; Prompto worrying himself sick when he gets the forehead/chest scars while Gladio is away), but they'd gladly take the pain and scars over not being together.
Then there's Noct and Ignis, who may or may not have unresolved feelings for each other, but they don't know that they're soulmates - until Ignis is blinded. How they react/deal with this is up to you

+ someone awkwardly having to break the news to Ignis since he can't see Noct's face
+ Noct letting Ignis touch his scar to confirm it for himself (Noct can still see, but has difficulty opening his left eye)
+ Ignis feeling responsible for hurting Noct
+ Gladio with Prompto's stretch marks

Nyx and Prompto grew up as teens in the same neighborhood. Nyx joined the Kingsglaive, Prompto joined the Crownsguard. One day, they meet an amazing gal who may or may not be the Oracle undercover. Nyx falls for her hard, and she and Prompto are besties.

They all fall in love in a ridiculously poly way.

Bonus ++++ Everyone in the Kingsglaive thinks Nyx and Crowe are a thing, and Crowe begs Luna's help in convincing them otherwise, leading the poly crew to come out

Loving the Cor/Prompto content out there so gonna throw in this one. Let me see Cor's reaction that he's gonna be a father when Prompto tells him he's pregnant and that is something Cor never expects in this lifetime. Maybe this happens in WoR setting or whatever you choose. Cor be that dotting man, always caring and loving Prompto in every step of the pregnancy.

What it says on the tin? Prompto and Noct had been a couple before the whole mess with the treaty and arranged marriage (and then they fooled around a bit after that was shown to be a lie, but neither really knew if they'd keep it up because of Lunafreya and the possibility that Noct might still need to marry her. Then she died and everything went to shit and then Noct gets pulled into the Crystal).

Ignis and Gladio had also been on the verge of starting a relationship, and they had only grown closer over the course of the journey. But then Altissia happens and Gladio pushes everyone away, even Ignis. And then Noct disappears and everything is just... broken. He and Ignis never really rekindle their relationship, mostly because Gladio is so pissed about everything that he takes to leaving for extended periods of time.

Ignis and Prompto, left alone together, take comfort with each other.

For whatever reason (let's be honest, Ardyn's probably involved somehow), Prompto, Noctis and Gladio suddenly have no memory of Ignis; they have no idea why they've woken up to find this stranger in their tent. Finding himself robbed of his friends, his identity and the purpose for which he was raised, all Ignis can do is try to build a new connection with them.

Details such as whether other characters remember Ignis and whether the memories are ever restored are up to the filler!

During their travel Noctis shared everything with his brothers: blood, sweat, pain, joy of every small victory and regret of any loss. His friends endured blindness, tortures, life or death trials just to stand beside him until the very end.
So it's only fair if after final victory, Noct shares also joy of his newlywed, beautiful wife with his friends. But he'd be first to taste Luna lips, first to make her into woman.

So bassically happy ending AU (where most of shit happened anyways) with gangbang. But please, without verbal abuse or degrading towards Luna. Just boys competing who can make her feel better. And giving shit to each other.

Except not. The temple won't let them out for some reason.

After snooping around for possible exits, they see some kind of inscription or maybe a mural and Ignis comes to the mind-boggling conclusion that a) only people in the presence of a virgin can enter the temple, and b) in order to leave that virginity needs to be sacrificed.

Noct is the only virgin in the group. Which means somebody's gotta fuck him.

Gladio is surprisingly easily flustered and embarrassed by innuendos or open shows of affection when they're directed at him (he has no problem with other people being the target).
