oooh!!! not OP here but what could it be sharing beds in the motels? because we all assume that noct shares bed with prompto... so would the twins share bed with him too?? i can totally see prompto sleeping between the twins and boyh of them being all cuddling!!! (don't know if i wrote that right...)
