I've just found out that Regis is 50 (50!!!) and I refuse to accept this as canon, when I'd always thought of him as a young(er) king that merely looks ancient because of the Ring/Crystal.

So, if someone could write Regis as a young single father (early 20s maybe when Noct is born??) still learning how to Adult while also trying to balance being a King and having a kid, that was be FAB.
