During the trip, Prompto spends lots of time in bathrooms whenever they stay at a hotel and the bros notice Prom is not his usual self anymore. After seeing scars from time to time they decide to ask Prompto what it is he's doing and why
+10 for Gladio finding Prompto. I keep seeing a scene of large Gladio carrying small bleeding Prompto in his arms (you could also write it with Ignis finding him, coming to get him when he doesn't show up for dinner or something)
+100 Prompto is trying to cut off his barcode. Each time someone catches him he manages to hide it- until Gladiolus finds him almost bleeding out
+1000 if the barcode won't ever come off. Every time Prompto thinks he has it, it's still there once he wipes away all the blood (it's a lot, and Noct worries Prompto looks paler than usual due to the blood loss)
+10000 they're out (beach or walking around town) and they're walking and Prompto just straight up faints
Basically I'd like to see emotional hurt in regards to the barcode on Prompto's wrist and the bros are terrified to see Prompto resort to hurting himself in such a way just to get it off or to even feel. It's a heavy subject I know but I'd like to see it tackled. Good luck to whoever fills this, I look forward to reading it.
