Hello again, OP (and other person who seems to be interested) (or any mod that may be reading this and has an answer for the organization questions down below)! This is the person filling the prompt. Just wanted to give you an update. I finished chapter 2 and am working on chapter 3, but I feel I should warn you...I'm glad you understand long stories because I'm a good 27 or so pages in (13,000 words) and we haven't even gotten to Ardyn actually doing anything sexual. He's just...being...erm...creepy's not the right word, really. More threatening, I suppose. But, it seems I'm also not capable of doing anything without crazy amounts of introspection, so I think I should add a warning for Prompto having something of an identity crisis in the story, having pretty severe self-confidence issues, and being depressed. And there's some head canon about his back story and what MT actually are. I figured much of that's probably understood due to the nature of the prompt and what's said in the game, but it gets kind of serious at times.
That said, I admit that I haven't filled a prompt anywhere in several years and have never done so on this website. Due to the length of this...monster, would it be easier for you if I post in "Archive of Our Own" and leave a link here, post them here in huge chunks chapter by chapter (like at least 10 pages at once - I guess I'll find out if there's a word limit per post that way), or in shorter chunks so you don't have a huge influx of info/words all at once?
Also, I feel that this story has gotten away from me a bit. If it ends up being not your cup of tea, I completely understand. I was lucky in that you and I apparently had the same idea of kinks and limits for this one, but the...erm...storyline has gotten dense. And the tension between Noct and Prompt, which wasn't my intention, but just...happened...?
Chapter 3 gets into the prompt proper, but chapter 1 and 2 are kind of setting up everything. Hope that's okay. If you have any questions regarding the headcanon I mentioned (which kind of is introduced bit by bit in the story to where you can just kind of go with it), just let me know and I'll share. It can be a kind of preview? Or I can just start posting with the understanding that it's not completed yet.
