After Ignis goes blind, Noctis starts coming to him at night. At first it is a silent comfort, which morphs into something sinister when he realizes that maybe the man with Noctis's face isn't Noctis at all.
If you can throw in Noctis finding them and comforting Ignis, that would be a bonus.
