After Regis' wife dies, a lot of royalty/nobility come out of the woodwork to try and get Regis' hand in marriage. Noctis doesn't approve of this and alongside Cor (and the bros if you'd like) decides to stop them. Whether Regis ends up with anyone is up to the writer.
