Potential author!anon here - so I've done a little research on inducing lactation via training, and apparently it's very doable in about 1/3 of women and a few men, it just takes a while, and there are supplements you can take that makes the milk taste sweeter, and it requires a lot of simulated nursing and keeping nipples really sensitive and massaging them with lotion to keep from chafing (though I can see Ardyn getting off on that pain/discomfort without it). I know magical!drug!injection is a quick and easy way to get to this, but if it pleases the court, I'd like to depict Ardyn training him for this against his will too, maybe over the course of a few weeks to a month. (It taking the bros a little longer to get to him.) I just love the idea of Prompto really not wanting/being freaked out by this while his body is being trained like an object against his will and Ardyn's force-feeding him pills and siccing MTs on him.
Also, because both lactating men and women have the same basic mammary glands, it isn't really necessary to give him breast development as has been suggested, but I'm totally willing to do it as a side-dish: it's just about the level of body modification that I'm actually comfortable with, and I think Prompto would be cute with some little A-cups, lol. Just let me know what you're feeling on this, OP.
