Since Nyx likes to train very late at the Glaive training ground when no one's around, Noctis and Nyx get acquainted with each other when Noctis wanders around one night. Over time, they struck up a friendship and Noctis found himself coming to see Nyx more and more frequently.
One time, Noctis suggests a sparring match and after an intense fight one of them pins the other down and they end up making out, or more.
Bonus points if at first, Nyx is apprehensive about the situation, as he's just a Glaive and Noctis the prince.
