Up to anon why Noct's de-aged AND in pitioss, but man I'd LOVE to see kid Noct trapped in that hellish dungeon, scared and, well, crying like a kid.

+ respawn points are the dungeon reviving Noct from dying; lil Noct getting fucked up from dying again, and again, and again, and again, and ag-
++ Iggy, Gladio and Prom going into the dungeon after several days of Noct being in there to save him; being shocked to find him halfway through the dungeon, 8 years old, physically unharmed, and terrified

Oh! I hadn't actually thought of that. Pre Marilith would be my [OP] preference, but I would be fine with either ^-^
