I'm already getting ideas for some pseudo-scientific hormone-deficiency condition it turns out Noctis has where his body never respobded to the hormones of puberty that were supposed to trigger his forst rut and general alphaness, but being exposed to enough omega heat pheromones finally did the trick and kicked his body into gear.
What I mean is, I'm seriously considering this, but just wanted to check with the OP first about something: this anon is kind of a slut for ot4, would OP mind if I kept tge focus on Promptis but maybe included stuff like Iggy, an actual beta, trying to separate Noct and Prom while they're still in heat/rut only for Noct to poumce on him and bite him into submission and then make him watch while he fucks Prompto into another screaming orgasm?
(I was way too amused by the thought of Iggy being there because Prompto tried to call him on Noct's phone to tell him what happened only for noct to wake up and start rutting him again while in the middle of trying to explain)
If not it's cool, I'll stick to the original parameters as best I can!
