I want to cry from how cute this is

Upon finding Prompto wandering the halls of Zegnautus, Noct is overjoyed, but soon shocked to find his friend to be entirely reconditioned. Preferably not in the typical MT!Prompto sense, I'd like to see something more with an over-emotional, messy, mind broken Prompto who's been hurt by "Noct" a hundred times too many to trust anyone with that face ever again.

+ Prompto nearly forgetting Noct was ever an actual person; not just a face Ardyn took up to torment and torture him
++ Noct thinking the most logical course of action to be to show Prompto he's not a threat.
+++ the above doesn't go well; results in Prom slipping into a panic attack and trying to shoot Noct

Imagine Ravus and Luna having been the definition of codependent aristocratic siblings since they were children. As soon as they were both old enough to feel sexual desire, in their teens, they realized they only had it for one another and have been hiding their secret ever since.

+Ravus locks Luna in a chastity belt when they're apart, and holds the key to the belt; at the same time, Ravus is put into a chastity cage and Luna has the key for it too.
++Luna getting pregnant and Ravus is the father.
(+++Luna having twins & an allusion that the twins grow up to have a similarly close relationship).

Because I just finished watching the end of HG:Mockingjay and the part where Peeta attacks Katniss gave me Ideas™ >D

So like.... them finding Prompto in Zegnautus and for a second it looks like everything's gonna be okay, but then suddenly he's strangling Noct really violently and for a comparatively smaller man it still takes both Ignis and Gladio a minute to get him off of Noct.

Noctis would have expected that it would take about four hours after the first time he walked into a hospital for twenty-nine tabloid headlines to spring up about him having cancer or getting a girl pregnant. But they were five months into visiting the neonatal intensive care unit every Sunday and not even once had Noctis noticed a camera flash.

It wasn't really a difficult job, all things considered. Just take his shirt off, sit in a chair, and hold on to babies when their parents couldn't do it.

Some of the babies were hooked up to wires and tubes. Some of them were so small he could almost hold them in the palm of his hand. Some of them were there week after week, and Noctis got to watch them grow bigger and stronger until they were ready to go home.

(Once a baby stopped breathing right there in his arms and he had to call the nurses frantically to help her. Noctis was too afraid to ask if she had made it through. After that, he spent a full week ignoring his homework in favor of figuring out how to put healing magic in something you could safely give to a sickly newborn.)

Eventually, though, one afternoon in October, the tell-tale blink of light out of nowhere appeared. If Noctis hadn't spent his life trying to dodge photographers, he might not have noticed it happening at all. A nurse was settling a tiny boy in a little green knitted cap onto his chest, and Noctis wasn't paying attention to the rest of the room.

Noctis looked up, but couldn't tell where it had come from. He let it go. This was bound to happen eventually.

When Noctis got back to his appointment on Sunday, though, he had a flurry of text messages from Prompto.

It appeared that Teen FW had been the publication to track him down, with an online article gushing about holding a tiny baby against his "abs for days!"

Prompto's final text was a selfie, with the article printed out and pinned to his bedroom wall.

Noct and Gladio are captured together by Any. Gladio tries to defend Noct from one of their captor's many indignities. Noct orders him to stand down and says he'll take whatever Any wants to dish out, since it's obvious Any wants them alive. Any proceeds to fuck Noct up and force Gladio to watch.

+Any is Ravus or Ardyn
+The punishment involves whipping
+Noct gets off on it against his will
+++If Gladio talks or protests in any way, he earns Noct a worse punishment

Noctis and any combination of the other three are captured. Their captives show "interest" in Noctis. Selfless and loyal as the are, bro(s) tries to offer himself up in Noct's place. But the captors are having none of it. The Prince is who they want and the Prince is who they'll have, no matter how much the others beg. So the others have to sit helplessly while Noctis gets raped and there's nothing they can do.

Bonus points if the bro(s) Noct gets captured with is only able to distinctly hear but not see what's going on, like Noct's in a different room, or outside while bro is inside or vice versa.

Not a requirement but you can have the other(s) get raped too, but only after all captors have had their way with Noctis. Maybe Noctis says something like "I'll submit, just don't hurt my friends" and then they do just that out of spite? Idk go nuts. Make it hurt.

Op forgot to say, more bonus points for it being from bros pov and describing what the bro is hearing/fealing rather than the detailed rape.
