Date: 2018-01-11 05:49 pm (UTC)So Noctis having duties that used to be divvied up amongst the council but were finally collectively pushed on him once he came of age. Can be things like sitting in on council meetings and being expected to add input, speaking with representatives from the other regions of Lucis (because there's no way they're getting represented in Niflheim and I doubt they want to), settling domestic issues that aren't quite important enough for the king's notice, helping to look over new bills before they become laws, etc. On top of that he still juggles a part time job that he doesn't want to drop because he actually likes it there and volunteer work and his social life.
Bonus if Regis offers to lighten the load on Noct (mostly because he knows these skills won't have much time to be put to use) but Noctis refuses because he's determined to be a good prince for Lucis.
Any/any or gen Prompto and Ignis was DLC

Date: 2018-01-11 06:05 pm (UTC)Basically, Ardyn and the whole 'bag of demons' deal is him being severely depressed, but his bad brother gets him institutionalized in some pretty terrible place (to get his inheritance or something) so he makes up the whole 'game' world in his head in order to cope and try to escape.
The darker the 'flashes' of the real world you wanna make, the better.
Have the bros be other patients or actually decent orderlies who figure out something isn't quite right and maybe help Ardyn out (for example he's been drugged by the facility doc who was bribed by his brother in order to appear psychotic etc) the astrals are the bad orderlies etc
weather or not he gets the 'happy ending' - where he finally manages to escape and his mind returns to the real world, or the 'bad' ending where he *thinks* he's escaped but is actually trapped in his own mind after the doc gives him a lobotomy... just gimme what u got
Another De-aged Prompt
Date: 2018-01-11 06:38 pm (UTC)Usually in de-aging fics the boys tend to be in their traditional pairs i.e Ignis & Gladio and Noctis & Prompto and usually one of remaining adults is good with kids (usually Iggy of Prompto).
This time I'm looking for Ignis and Prompto to be the ones who are deaged (anywhere between 2 -6 is fine) and it's Gladio and Noctis who are left to look after them.

Date: 2018-01-11 06:41 pm (UTC)I'm just... On a roller coaster of emotion right now. Little Iggy is so lovely my heart aches for him. Basil is wonderful (one of the best Scientia OCs I've seen). Gah... I've loved everyone's characterizations, really (and I know Ravus had to be the "cruel stepbrother" but I can see the overbearing presence of his father influencing him, and the glimpses of Ravus showing some care. Little Noct was right... He has problems.
Your writing is also lovely! The narrative bits read like a fairytale (does that make sense) even though a lot of the dialogue goes contemporary ... I LOVE your dialogue. Also Iggy and his Breaking News bit... I just want to smush his cute little face.
Ugh. I'll stop rambling. Excited to read more and please put this on AO3 when you finish so I can bookmark it forever.

Noct is a college student taking poli-sci classes, he's the son of a politician who has aspirations of becoming prime minister or president, or maybe a diplomat (just not a businessman please. Or a yakuza). Magic doesn't exist. And none of them remember their past lives.
Except Ardyn.
Well, actually I'm thinking Ardyn doesn't remember anything until he literally bumps into Noct. And then it all comes rushing back to him. And maybe he thinks he's crazy, but now he has this whole other life/identity playing in his brain and an insatiable urge to kill this random college kid/politician's son.
I'd kind of love if it ended with Ardyn kidnapping Noct with plans to kill him. Up to you if Noct eventually remembers Ardyn and his past life tho. All he knows is that he's been kidnapped by a crazy man who keeps talking about "the gods" and calling Noct the "king of kings."
(I would like it if Ardyn didn't actually kill Noct tho. But almost managing it, or tormenting him a lot before Noct escapes or gets rescued is A+)
Prompto/Dino, Falling For Each Other

Like, how does being in a relationship affect Prom on the roadtrip. Does Dino help with his self-esteem issues or anxiety? How does Dino react when he hears about everything post-Altissia? How do they end up finding each other in WoR?
Anything goes really, canon or divergent, fluffy or angsty, smutty or nah, I only ask for there to be a happy ending.
