Prompto/Noctis, hurt/comfort sex before the final battle

Noctis/Prompto, ABO Alphas and Omegas are extremely rare

He's never had to deal with ruts or knotting though, since that only happens when an alpha is around a omega in heat and what are the odds of that happening?
Prompto meanwhile is a male omega who's been on heat suppresants since before he officially introduced himself to Noctis because he's secretly terrified of getting preganant and never came out to his friends because he didn't want them to think he's "weird."
Guess what happens when the bros on the run from Nifleheim? Yep, Prompto goes into heat, triggering Noct's rut and now Prompto's pregnant with no abortion clinic in sight that can handle his decidely nonstandard biology.

However... he's also incredibly stubborn and point blank refuses to eat what Noctis puts in front of him. Gladio and Prompto are loving every second.
++ Ignis is never rude about it or throws tantrums, he just stares Noct down and shakes his head when pressed to eat. A battle of wills ensues.
+++ Gladio wants to just feed him cup noodles but Noct knows grown up Ignis will kick their asses when he changes back if they just feed him junk.
++++ Prompto manages to eventually convince him to eat and Noctis has a full blown sulk about it.
