"My dad had a group of incredibly attractive, incredibly fit guys and girls with the power of the crystal, great imaginations and a lot of energy to work off, who were totally on board with 'extra training' after hours. I was supposed to turn that down?" Noct deadpanned at the others' dumbstruck expressions.

"The whole Glaive?" said Ignis, sounding rather faint.

"Not all at once." He paused. "Well, not usually. Anything more than five pretty much just gets too complicated to be worth it."

Prompto flopped backwards onto the pillows with an incredulous groan. Noct caught Gladio's eye and bit back a laugh at his expression, torn between protective Shield instinct and a kind of awe.

He grinned. "You guys haven't seen anything yet. Wait until we hit a campsite with some elemental deposits. There's a couple of tricks you won't believe..."
