OP - Hmm...a simple unseasonal flu would do. Some strains can really cook, espcially if the victim is young ang and healty and can really crank that internal thermostat. As for who goes, IDK any of the bros would do but Gladio does seem to be missing out much ofthe whump in this fandom, not mention be the hardest to carry. And the flu is highly infectious... ;D
