Maybe his old injuries flare up and he's at about 11/10 on the pain scale, but Gladio seems to know how to make it better every time.

Maybe Noct has a nightmare/night terror and Prompto is the one who wakes him out of it, then helps him back to sleep.


Or all of the above, I certainly won't complain!
