this would be utterly heart-wrenching for all parties. i assume promtpto wouldn't actually become an MT though? just symptoms and all that? though he'd probably not know that and i could totally see him pleading with the others for them to just abandon him and forget him as he's a danger to them now. but yeah, i'll be following this prompt in hopes someone fills it.
