Prompto goes into heat and starts begging for Noctis' 'knot' - except Noctis doesn't have a knot.

Cue Prompto being delirious and upset from his heat and Noctis being embarrassed. Anything goes other than that, but I'd highly prefer a fluffy ending - despite everything, they still love each other!
