Female Gladio (or omega Gladio)/bros - keeping a pregnancy a secret

Gladio and the guys are a happy OT4. When Gladio ends up accidentally pregnant, she (or he) tries to keep it a secret because she's afraid the others will try to keep her from doing her duty as the King's Shield.

Bonus points for Iris taking one look at her sister and instantly knowing what's up.
