Noctis has always been shy to express the natural needs of his body and especially going to the bathroom around others makes him feel ashamed. On the road, he usually waits for the others to fall asleep before going to relieve himself. One time, however, they are camping and Noctis falls asleep despite his aching bladder and does not wake up until long after the others are awake. He thinks he’ll hold it until the next outpost and sneak into the bathroom while the others are occupied by stretching their legs, shopping and other such things. In the car, Noct gets really desperate and realizes he can’t make it to the outpost. He has to ask Ignis to pull over and rush outside to relieve himself on the side of the road. Returning to the car, Noct is embarrassed but the others comfort him and don’t make a big deal out of it, knowing he is shy about these kind of things.

Bonus points for detailed desperation and relief, those are my two biggest kinks.
