A lot of time passes between Noctis leaving the Crystal and reuniting with the others, and the final battle in Insomnia. During this time, stuff happens. So Noctis finds out at the worst of times, right before being due to face off against Ardyn, that s/he's pregnant with his/her lover's child. Should the other person be told? Should they keep going on, knowing the baby will die? Or wait?

Don't care whether Noctis is female, trans, or an omega in this, whatever's necessary to make it happen. Any pairing is also fine.
