Prompto enjoys sitting in people's laps. At dinner he'll plop himself down on Ignis's lap and share his plate. While Gladio is cleaning his weapons he'll slide into his lap. While Noct is fishing on a dock, he'll climb in between his legs and lay against him as Noct continues fishing.
The bros are used to Prompto's lap sitting and generally ignore it. They'll continue whatever their doing, just with a lapful of blond. Prompto will usually leave them alone, he's just content with being close to them.
