i just really want some good ol' Gladio's whump.

i don't care what kind of whump: past trauma, injury, sickness, whatever- i just want some Gladio's pain, with the boys doing their best to provide comfort.

Just Ignis that is going through the time that has been really bad to him. Self harm, suicidal thoughts, panic attacks, abuse from other people etc. Just a royal cluster fuck of Ignis being tormented but still trying to endure it an go through his life anyway. Can be at any timeline pre-game, before he went blind, after he went blind. Bonus points if the other 3 boys came and help him in the end with recovery and all that.

To be honest I have seen fan fictions like this lying around but most of them are either Noctis or Prompto. Since Ignis is my favorite character I would love to see him getting this kind of stuff too (I like to see my favorite characters suffer).

Noctis was in a secret relationship with Nyx before the events of the game, and when Insomnia fell a small part of him held onto hope that Nyx made it out and was just in hiding. So seeing Nyx's body hanging, that one hurt him even more than his father and Luna's.

Noct has been raised with the idea that starting a family ASAP is a priority. Instead of fumbling with the idea of pregnancy prevention as a teen, he was super eager to get him soon to be wife pregnant. Over, and over, and over...

Now that his marriage is so close, these fantasies are stronger than ever. But, since there's still a little way to go until he marries Luna, he has to deal with them. Cue Prompto being a good friend (and somewhat lover, because yay) and gifting Noct a fleshlight. They have a messy, fun time with it, Prompto dirty talking the whole way through about how good fucking Luna forthe first time will feel, how messy she'll be with Noct's seed, asking Noct just how many babies he's going to make with her (his fantasy is something up there like 10, and it takes him a while to admit it - but when he does, he gets super turned on that Prompto approves).

tl;dr, Noct wants a LOT of royal babies, Prompto helps make the wait easier with toys and dirty talk.

Like, Prompto and Noctis getting told off for making out in class? Gladio walking Prompto to classes and giving him kisses outside them? Noctis being so proud to show off his older bf Ignis? Gladio happily waiting round and watching Ignis work in the library? Noctis not caring he's younger and stepping in when some girl starts putting the moves on Gladio? OT4 in high school???

Same universe ideally as canon with Noct being prince etc.

Prompto gets super turned on when Gladio talks about getting Prompto pregnant with his heir when they're having sex, even though they know it can't happen. Gladio loves how mad Prompto gets for it.

Because the last thing Ignis wants is to be an inconvenience for the group/doesn't want to worry them, he hides a serious injury/illness from them. (Cause of injury up to the author - gotten injured/poisoned during a fight, got assaulted, anything goes.)

The others only notice it when Ignis basically break down. Hurt/Comfort and some guilt on the side of the other Chocobros would be lovely.

When assembling the group for the road trip, Prompto is deemed unsuitable to join. He's not part of the official retinue, he doesn't have any extensive formal combat training, and his background check raised some odd questions. (If he's in a relationship with Noctis there's also the diplomatic faux pas of bringing your boyfriend to meet your fiancée)
So Prompto is still in Insomnia when it falls.

Noctis (and Ignis and Gladio) can't get any word on whether Prompto made it out with the rest of the refugees, simply because no one else is looking for him. Prompto has no one else.

Finally at some later point, Noctis finds him, maybe in Lestallum or in the Hunters HQ outpost, just one lost refugee out of thousands, and refuses to let him out of his sight again.

I just got this idea that Prompto and Noctis probably have gone to a high school party at some point in their young adult lives. Prompto was probably invited first because approachable and "hey can you extend the invite to The Prince maybe?"

So like they go, Noctis a bit begrudgingly because Prompto is going and fun times with Prompto. I just picture makeouts on a couch after a couple drinks and people who are a bit tipsy asking Noctis too many weird questions because he's The Prince and he's also tipsy af.

Noctis finds himself swarmed by daemons, until Talcott comes charging in to save the day and rescue his prince. Can be smutty or fluffy, don't really care.

A lot of time passes between Noctis leaving the Crystal and reuniting with the others, and the final battle in Insomnia. During this time, stuff happens. So Noctis finds out at the worst of times, right before being due to face off against Ardyn, that s/he's pregnant with his/her lover's child. Should the other person be told? Should they keep going on, knowing the baby will die? Or wait?

Don't care whether Noctis is female, trans, or an omega in this, whatever's necessary to make it happen. Any pairing is also fine.

I'd love to see one of those classic Soulmate AUs where your soulmate's name appears on your wrist either at birth or past a certain age. Except, having been an MT experiment, Prompto can't actually see the name written across his wrist what with the barcode the scientists back in Niflheim tattooed on him.

Perhaps Noctis, upon meeting Prompto goes to him immediately and Prompto is so confused because why is the prince talking to him? What is he going on about? Or maybe Noctis is confused that instead of a name there's just a series of numbers on his wrist. What's that about?

Can take place during high school, coffeshop AU, a college AU or really any AU - just go for it!

++ if there's a potential or slight self-harm moment where out of desperation Prompto attempts to scratch/cut off the barcode on his wrist in hopes that the name will come back.

To establish peace Regis has to marry Iedolas. This is the reason for his trip thirty years ago.
Clarus is in love with Regis but for the sake of Insomnia he steps aside.

+ Iedolas allows Ardyn and other members of the Empire to use Regis.

++ Regis is forced to submit to not endanger Insomnia and his friends. Of course it hides the wounds or bruises. He feels humiliated, weak... but he doesn't give up.

+++ Clarus discovers everything. Regis tries to calm him down. They make love for the first time.

++++++ Clarus is organizing the escape of his king

I know there's a story on AO3 about Noct blowing Ignis on the throne post game, but I want something a little different.

Brotherhood era, Noct sneaking Ignis into the throne room late at night. Ignis knows this is a bad idea, but he never could say no to Noctis.

Basically, I want Ignis to ride Noct on Regis' throne, because reasons.

So I spent five fucking ingame days lost in Pitioss, and when I finally fucking got out, the bros act like they didn't even fucking notice I left, the fuckers. So I got to wondering if there was some sort of timey-wimey stuff where it was five days for Noctis, but only five minutes for everyone else, and very confused as to why he looks like he's been through hell and back and claiming its been fucking days.

Set sometime after the Chocobros hear of Insomnia falling and Regis being proclaimed dead.

Ignis, Gladio and Prompto leave it a few to days to give Noctis space but then find somewhere safe to camp so they can swear allegiance to their new King.

Thy were always Noctis' guards but they swore allegiance to the throne and Regis, the King at the time. Even though Noctis hasn't been technically crowned, the Chocobros want to take on every fight in the name of their King.

Bonus for Noctis having torn feelings bc he feels this is accepting his Dad's death.

I just want the boys kneeling in front of Noctis and swearing their lives and weapons to him please! Give me all of the serious and heartbreaking feels!

Ardyn woo's the heart of Regis in illusion form and the new fiance/queen sets out to make the prince's life hell >)

This can go many ways. Do what you want I just want something

Okay so I've seen a few fics that explore the idea that Prompto grew up poor in Insomnia what with being an escapee from Nifleheim and whatnot. But I want to see this explored further. As a broke person myself I love the idea of Prompto having all these unique "poor person solutions" to problems that people have to do when they're barely scraping by and whatnot. Like having a dummy wallet with a few bills for when you get mugged so the wallet with his ID doesn't get taken instead. Or taking a taxi to the hospital or riding on the subway because an ambulance is WAY too expensive. Extreme couponing to the point where the cashier at the grocery store actually owes HIM 35 Gil.

I just really want to see Prompto being resourceful as fuck as a means to get by and his partner/everyone else being very impressed and kind of concerned to some of these solutions.

okay so, apparently Ignis and Gladio thought Prompto would be a bad influence on Noct. I want the aftermath of them getting to know this sweet, dorky, personification of sunshine and realize that they thought this would be a bad influence.

+Prompto has no idea they ever thought that of him and is really confused about why Ignis and Gladio are apologizing
++turns out the bad influence was Noct. Prompto actually has a pretty good work ethic and is good at staying on task when Noctis isn't pulling him into his own sleepy pace

Ardyn coming into the boys tents/room/whatever while the boys sleep, uses his illusion powers to hide himself, and rapes Prompto while his friends sleep on obliviously next to him.
